Accurate speaker labels & fixable meeting notes

The Notetaker now keeps you and your client straight even on group calls, lets you rename or merge speakers afterward, and re-generates the summary on demand.

  • New
Date questions on intake forms — add a Date field to any meeting type's intake form. Bookers pick a date from a calendar, and you see it on the booking.
  • Improved
You stay “you” on every call — when you share your meeting tab, the Notetaker tells your voice apart from everyone else's by audio source, so it no longer mixes up you and your client (even when the other person speaks first or there are three or four people on the call).
  • New
Rename or merge speakers — open a meeting's transcript and fix any label: rename a speaker, or merge two labels into one person by giving them the same name. Your changes save to the transcript.
  • New
Regenerate the summary — after correcting names (or any time), tap Regenerate to rebuild the summary, key points, and follow-up from the latest transcript. The button sits at the top and bottom of the summary.
  • Improved
Better transcription of admissions terms — the Notetaker now recognizes the vocabulary these calls actually use — I-20, SEVIS, TOEFL, transfer credit, enrollment deposit and more — so they come through cleanly instead of garbled.

Client birthdays, guest roles & company meetings

Track client birthdays on your calendar, tell guests who's presenting, and schedule multi-person meetings right from your dashboard.

  • New
Client birthdays — add a birthday to any client. It shows on your dashboard calendar the week it falls in, and if you've connected Google or Outlook, a yearly birthday reminder is added to your real calendar (it won't mark you as busy). Clear the date to remove it.
  • New
Presenter & attendee roles for guests — when you invite guests to a meeting, mark who's presenting and who's just attending, with an optional note. Each guest gets a personal email about their role, and the calendar invite shows who's doing what.
  • New
Create a company meeting from your dashboard — a new "Create Company Meeting" button schedules a multi-person meeting from one of your meeting types: pick from your available times, invite people with roles, and you're warned if it clashes with anything already on your calendar.

Daily suggests open times when you don't give one

Ask Daily to book a meeting without naming a time and it offers the open slots on that day instead of asking you what time works.

  • Improved
Pick from open times when booking — say "book an intro call with Maria on Thursday" and Daily suggests the times you're actually free that day (respecting your hours and your connected Google/Outlook calendar). Tap one to confirm — no more back-and-forth about what time works.

Ask Daily to book, reschedule, add tasks & manage your hours

Daily can now take real scheduling actions for you — booking, rescheduling, tasks, blocking time, and availability — each with one tap to confirm. It greets you each morning and lives on every page.

  • New
Ask Daily to book a meeting — tell Daily "book Maria next Tuesday at 2" and it offers your actual meeting types to choose from, then sets it up. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm. (Paid meeting types still go through your booking page.)
  • New
Reschedule by asking — "move my call with Maria to Thursday afternoon." Daily checks your hours and your calendar — including events on your connected Google or Outlook — and only offers times you're actually free. Confirm and it moves the booking and emails the client the new time.
  • New
Add tasks from chat — "remind me to send Maria the contract by Friday." Daily adds it to your task list (and Google Tasks / Microsoft To Do if connected) once you confirm.
  • New
Block time & set your hours by asking — "block next Friday" or "set my Mondays to 10–4." Daily shows you the change before anything is saved.
  • New
A morning briefing — the first time you open Daily each day, it greets you with an overview: who you're seeing, what's next, and what needs prep.
  • Improved
One Daily, everywhere — the assistant is one tap away from any page (the sidebar, ⌘K, or the home box), with the same powers everywhere. Ask about a client or meeting without losing your place.
  • Fixed
No more invented details — Daily always looks things up before answering, so it can't make up a client, phone number, or a meeting type that isn't really on your booking pages.

Client portal recaps, access codes & scheduling fixes

Clients see session summaries with decisions and action items, portal access is protected, and we fixed email times and blocked-date display.

  • New
Session recaps in the portal — for each past session, clients can now see key points, decisions made, the follow-up email sent, and an action-item checklist they can mark off as they complete tasks. You see their progress in real time.
  • Improved
Protected client portal — portal access now requires a unique access code sent to the client's email, so sensitive information stays secure.
  • Fixed
Correct times in reminder emails — reminder and confirmation emails (and the AI prep brief) now show the meeting time in the client's local time zone. Previously the time could be off by several hours.
  • Fixed
Tidier blocked dates — blocking a range of days (like a vacation week) now shows as one entry instead of a separate row for each day.
  • Fixed
Blocked time off spans the full range on your calendar — a multi-day block now appears on every day it covers, not just the first day.

Verified Microsoft publisher & blocked dates at a glance

Connect Microsoft from any organization without a warning, and see your time off right on the dashboard.

  • Improved
Verified Microsoft publisher — YourDay is now a Microsoft verified publisher, so signing in or connecting Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft To Do works for accounts in any organization without the "unverified app" warning.
  • New
Blocked dates on your dashboard — your upcoming blocked dates now appear on the home dashboard, and you can block time off without leaving it.

Privacy hardening & booking fixes

Your connected accounts are locked down tighter, and in-person meetings stay in person.

  • Improved
Stronger account protection — credentials for your connected tools (Google, Zoom, Microsoft, Square, Apple, Zapier) are now kept strictly server-side and can never appear in page data. Extra database-level safeguards back this up.
  • Improved
Sensitive pages never cached — your dashboard, the client portal, and booking responses are marked private so meeting links and personal details aren't left behind in a browser's cache on a shared computer.
  • Fixed
In-person meetings stay in person — booking an in-person meeting type no longer attaches an online video link to the booking.

Password reset, end to end

Reset your password reliably — and from a YourDay address.

  • Fixed
Working password reset — the reset email link now opens a page to set your new password, and resetting signs you out of other sessions for safety.
  • Improved
Branded auth emails — password reset and other account emails now come from YourDay instead of a generic address.

Send client emails from your own Outlook

Make confirmations come straight from your mailbox — and land in more inboxes.

  • New
Send from your Outlook — connect Microsoft, then turn on "Send client emails from my Outlook" in Settings → Integrations. Booking confirmations, reschedules, reminders, and cancellations are sent from your own mailbox, so replies land naturally and you keep a copy in Sent. If sending ever fails, we fall back to YourDay's address automatically — nothing is ever missed.
  • Improved
Better inbox delivery — every email now sends with a plain-text version and one-click unsubscribe, which keeps booking confirmations and reminders out of spam folders.

Sign in with Microsoft & read client notes

Log in with Microsoft, and finally see what clients write when they book.

  • New
Microsoft sign-in — create your account or log in with any Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Microsoft 365). Your existing account links automatically when the email matches.
  • New
See what clients submit — every answer from your intake form now shows in a Client Information panel when you open a meeting on your calendar, and on the Bookings page (click "View what the client submitted").
  • Improved
Choose which details show — each intake field has a "Client Info" toggle in the form builder, so you pick what appears in the Client Information panel (every field still appears on your booking form). Phone and WhatsApp no longer repeat in the event description.
  • Improved
Site navigation menu — every feature and solution page is now reachable from a top menu, with quick dropdowns for Product, For, Company and Resources.

Daily learns YourDay

Your assistant now knows the product as well as your schedule — ask it how anything works.

  • New
Daily explains features — ask "how do I connect Zoom?" or "how do payments work?" and Daily answers from a built-in product guide covering setup, integrations, payments, and more.
  • New
Daily knows your connections — it checks which calendars, video tools, and payment processors you've already connected, so guidance skips steps you've done.
  • Improved
Smarter links — Daily can now jump you straight to a specific Settings tab (like Integrations), plus Analytics and the Client portal.
