Your Day Schedule can research your next meeting for you — an on-demand AI prep brief from any meeting on your calendar, and a person dossier with everything you know about whoever you're meeting.
Meeting prep works from your dashboard calendar — no new page to learn.
AI prep briefs
Open any meeting on your dashboard calendar and click AI prep. YourDay builds a research brief on demand, combining:
- the booking itself (attendees, intake answers, timing),
- your private YourDay history with those people (past meetings, notes, action items),
- their Daily Flow card stages, due dates, waiting status, and open internal tasks, when Daily Flow is enabled,
- current public web research about them and their company.
The brief opens right in the meeting's detail view, and you can regenerate it anytime for a fresh take.
Daily Flow context is limited to five non-archived cards and three open tasks per card. Regenerate an existing brief to include later card changes.
Briefs only use facts from your own records, the booking, and public sources — and they're stored in your account, visible to no one else.
Up next card
The Up next card on the home dashboard shows your next meeting from any source, who you're meeting, when you last met them, and a snippet of your client notes. For a client with client memory it adds a Since last time block — the five items worth acting on first, ranked: what you owe, then what they owe, then open questions, the next meeting you agreed on, and the latest decision. Anything past the five is counted as "+N more in the dossier". Clients without memory yet show recent action items from past recorded meetings instead.
The card is off by default — switch it on (and back off) in Settings → Notifications & Settings → Up next card.
For a matched client with Daily Flow cards, it also shows up to three non-archived cards with their stage, due date, waiting status, and next open task. Card comments are not included in this summary or AI prep.
While the dashboard is visible, the card checks for updates about once a minute. Returning to the tab, booking changes, and closing a dossier can also refresh it. Your current meeting stays visible while those checks run; Checking your calendar… appears when there is no meeting loaded yet. These checks do not generate a new AI prep brief.
Person dossiers
Open dossier → (from the Up next card, a client's page under Clients, or a recorded meeting's linked client) opens everything you know about that person in one place:
- your client notes,
- their full client memory record, with the same Edit and Rebuild from sessions controls as the Clients page,
- carryover action items from past meetings,
- every recorded meeting with them, newest first — each one opens to a short lead, its key points and action items, and a link through to the full write-up.
No history yet? The dossier fills itself in as you record meetings with that person.
If something's off
- No AI prep button — the button lives in the meeting's detail view on the dashboard calendar, and applies to meetings booked through YourDay.
- Dossier is empty — that person isn't a saved client yet, or no recorded meetings are linked to them. Link a meeting to the client from Meetings.
