Can students upload transcripts and test scores when they book?+

Yes. Turn on document collection for any meeting type, and students upload transcripts, IELTS / TOEFL scores, passports or financials right inside the booking flow. Everything is sorted onto their file and encrypted at rest.

Does it handle time zones for international students?+

Yes. Students see available appointments in their local time zone, while your calendar shows the booking in yours. Time-zone conversion accounts for daylight saving time, so you do not need to calculate the difference manually.

Can I link sessions across a student's whole application journey?+

Yes — that's recurring journeys. Connect the first consultation, shortlist, SOP review, visa prep and pre-departure into one thread. Each booking carries the previous call's notes and files.
