99.9% monthly uptime commitment
For customers with an active paid subscription, Your Day Schedule commits to making the Covered Service available at least 99.9% of Covered Minutes in each calendar month. This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies only to the paid account holder.
Covered Service means the hosted Your Day Schedule web application, public booking pages, core availability and booking APIs, and authenticated dashboard. Optional connected-service features and preview features are excluded as described below.
How uptime is measured
Monthly Uptime Percentage equals ((Covered Minutes − Downtime) ÷ Covered Minutes) × 100. Covered Minutes are the minutes during the calendar month when the paid subscription is active.
“Downtime” is a continuous period when the Covered Service cannot accept or complete requests for most users. We determine Downtime in good faith using automated health checks, server logs, and incident records. Outages in hosting or database infrastructure used to deliver the Covered Service count as Downtime unless another exclusion below applies.
What is excluded
Downtime does not include unavailability caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance, up to four hours per calendar month. Time beyond that cap counts as Downtime.
- Your systems, internet connection, configuration, credentials, content, or actions outside our control.
- Your breach of the Terms, misuse of the Service, or use beyond documented limits.
- Optional third-party integrations, including Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Apple iCloud, Stripe, Square, Zapier, or AI providers, when the Covered Service remains available.
- Beta, preview, free, trial, or no-charge features.
- Events beyond our reasonable control, including widespread internet failures, natural disasters, war, government action, or denial-of-service attacks.
Service credits
