Can guests book several seats in one session?+
Yes. Each session has its own capacity, and a guest picks how many seats they need. The page counts down the real remaining seats, so a party of six can never be squeezed into four. Pricing is per person, so the total scales with the party.
Can I set a minimum group size for private hire?+
Yes. Set a minimum party size on any experience — guests then book at least that many seats.
What happens when someone cancels?+
Your cancellation cut-off decides how close to the start a guest can cancel, and your waitlist is emailed the moment seats open — first to book gets them.
Can we collect guest details and dietary needs?+
Yes. Attach an intake form to any experience — ages, allergies, skill level, pickup point — completed at booking and attached to the guest record.
Do you take a commission on tickets?+
No. It is $15 per guide per month, whatever you sell. Payments go straight to your own Stripe or Square account. Card processing fees from Stripe or Square still apply.
