Who we are
Your Day Schedule (“YourDay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a scheduling platform operated at yourdayschedule.comthat lets professionals (“hosts”) offer bookable meetings, collect intake information and documents, manage clients, and prepare for and follow up on meetings with the help of AI.
Your Day Schedule is a product and service of Edubookings.com LLC, a limited liability company based in Miami, Florida, United States. Edubookings.com LLC is the entity responsible for the personal data described in this policy where we act as a controller. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@yourdayschedule.com.
Our role: controller and processor
Our responsibilities depend on whose data we’re handling and why. This distinction matters for understanding your rights.
When you visit our website or create a host account, we decide how and why your data is processed — for example, your account details and how you use the service. This policy governs that activity.
When a host uses YourDay to collect and process information about theirclients — bookings, intake answers, uploaded documents, meeting transcripts and summaries — we act as a processor on that host’s behalf. The host is the controller of that data. If you booked a meeting with a host and want to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact that host directly; we’ll assist them in fulfilling your request.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service. The categories below describe what we collect and why.
Google user data
If a host connects a Google account, we request access to Google Calendar (to read availability and create, update, and delete booking events) and Google Tasks(to add follow-up tasks the host creates). We access this data only to provide those scheduling features at the host’s direction.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the features above or as required by law. Human access occurs only with the host’s explicit consent (e.g. support), for security, or to comply with law. YourDay’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other connected services
Hosts may connect additional services. Each connection is optional, used only to provide the named feature, and can be disconnected at any time in Settings — which deletes the stored credentials.
- Microsoft — Outlook calendar, Teams meeting links, and Microsoft To Do.
- Zoom — to generate meeting links.
- Apple iCloud Calendar — via an app-specific password used solely to create calendar events.
- Stripe and Square — to accept payments from clients.
- Zapier — we send booking events to a webhook URL the host configures.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the service — schedule meetings, send booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices by email, and create calendar events and meeting links.
- Process payments through our payment processors.
- Generate AI meeting-prep briefs, summaries, and follow-up drafts for the host.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug and improve the service.
- Send service and administrative messages, and (with consent where required) occasional product updates you can opt out of.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train AI models.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and your browser’s local storage for essential functions — keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, and securing your session. We keep tracking to the minimum needed to operate the service reliably.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Some strictly necessary cookies are required to sign in and use core features, so disabling them may affect how the service works.
AI features & your content
YourDay offers optional AI features: meeting-prep briefs, the Meeting Listener (live transcription and structured summaries), follow-up email drafts, and a daily assistant that answers questions about your schedule, meetings, and clients.
- Audio is never stored. The Meeting Listener transcribes audio in real time and discards it — only the text transcript persists.
- Your content is not used to train models. Our AI providers process content only to return a result to you.
- Grounded in your own data. The assistant reads only your account’s data to answer your questions, and conversations are session-only.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on a small set of trusted processors. Each receives only the data needed for its function and is bound to protect it.
Retention & deletion
We keep data while a host’s account is active. Hosts can delete bookings, clients, files, and connected-service credentials in the app at any time.
To delete an account and all associated data, email support@yourdayschedule.com. We complete deletion within 30 days, subject to any data we must retain to meet legal obligations.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens for connected services are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. Payment card data never touches our servers.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. You can help by choosing a strong, unique password and keeping your login credentials private.
International data transfers
Your Day Schedule is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process and store data in the United States or other countries. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent.
If you are a host, you can review and update much of your data directly in your account settings. You can also export client and booking CSV files from the dashboard. If you are a client of a host, please direct requests to that host — we act as a processor for their data and will help them respond. To exercise any right with us directly, contact support@yourdayschedule.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, contact support@yourdayschedule.com.
Children's privacy
Your Day Schedule is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@yourdayschedule.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
