02 / Your guest list, in focus

Every RSVP.
Every plus-one.

Plan for people, not just email addresses. See who’s confirmed, who’s still deciding and who hasn’t answered.

  • Room for the right number

Set a capacity. Plus-ones count toward the total, so a party of two takes two places.

  • A waitlist you control

Let guests queue when you’re full. Promote a waiting party when you have room for them.

  • Private by default

Keep your guest list private, or show attendee names. Email addresses stay with you.

03 / Make a good first impression

An invitation that
feels like you.

Your photo. Your logo. Your kind of gathering. Turn the same invitation into something that feels right for your event.

  • Start with one of five themes

Choose the mood, from warm paper to a rich midnight palette.

  • Give guests a glimpse of the occasion

Add a cover photo that sets the scene before they arrive.

  • Make your name part of the invitation

Use your account logo, upload one for this event, or keep it simple without a logo.

Try the examples. Change the theme. Toggle the finishing touches.

05 / A few useful answers

Invitations & RSVP,
explained.

Planning a gathering?
Here’s what to know.

Do guests need a Your Day Schedule account to RSVP?

No. Guests can open their personal invitation link and respond without creating an account. Visitors using a share link first confirm their email with a verification code.

Can I invite people who aren’t already clients?

Yes. Select people from your existing client list or paste names and email addresses. Adding an invitation guest does not automatically create a client record.

How do plus-ones and capacity work?

You choose how many accompanying guests each invitee can bring. Capacity counts people, including plus-ones. When an event is full and its waitlist is enabled, guests can join the queue. You choose when to promote a waiting party into available space.

Can guests see each other’s details?

The guest list is private by default. You can choose to display attendee names; guest email addresses stay private. You also control whether unverified share-link visitors can see the venue address. Street addresses are left out of invitation emails.

What happens if my event details change?

Changes to the event time or place are highlighted on the invitation page, and you can send an update email. Existing RSVPs stay recorded. If you cancel, the invitation is marked cancelled and you can email guests a cancellation notice.

Are reminders sent by email?

Yes. Set an RSVP reminder for guests who haven’t replied and an event reminder for confirmed guests. Guests can opt out of reminders and host messages. Invitations also offer an .ics calendar download and an Add to Google Calendar link.

How do I enable Invitations?

Invitations is available on enabled accounts. If your account has access, open Invitations from your dashboard sidebar. You can hide it in Settings at any time; invitations you already sent keep working. Contact us if you’d like access.
