Manage your clients
Search your client list, fix a mistake a client typed, block someone from booking, and clean up duplicate records — merge two into one or delete a client outright.
The Clients page
Anyone who has booked with you, or that you imported or added, shows up in Clients, sorted by name (switch to Last active in the sort menu). Search by name or email with the box at the top, or click a row to open its detail panel.
Fix a mistake and sync bookings
If a client mistyped their email or phone, or answered an intake question wrong, open their detail panel and edit the field — it saves as soon as you click away. A corrected name renames the client everywhere, and email or phone corrections also update where "Send email" and reminders go. Corrections copy onto that client's upcoming bookings automatically.
If an upcoming booking's answer already differed from the client record before you made the fix, use Sync to upcoming bookings in the panel — it pushes every current answer, name and phone onto their upcoming bookings in one click.
Block a client
Block client — from the ⋮ menu on a row, or the detail-panel footer — stops that client from booking new sessions. Existing bookings are untouched. Use Unblock client to reverse it. A blocked client can't be the one you keep when merging duplicates (see below).
Merge duplicate clients
Duplicate client records happen — usually a typo, like someone booking once with name@icloud.com and once with name@icloud.con. To combine them into one record:
- Open the ⋮ menu on the duplicate row and choose Merge into… (or, from the detail panel, Merge…).
- Pick the correct client to keep. A blocked client can't be picked — unblock them first.
- Confirm.
You can also just ask Daily — something like "merge the two Ahmed Mohammed clients, keep the icloud.com one" — and confirm the card it proposes.
The client you keep wins on name, email and phone. Everything else moves onto the kept client: bookings, meeting sessions, tasks, notes (appended, not overwritten), memory, and birthday. All of the duplicate's bookings, past and upcoming, move to the kept email so the history lives in one place. Upcoming bookings also take the kept client's name and phone, and their calendar invites switch to the kept email, so the correct address gets the updated invite.
Merging can't be undone, so double-check which record you're keeping before you confirm.
Delete a client
Delete client — from the ⋮ menu, or Delete in the detail-panel footer — permanently removes that client's record, notes and memory. Their bookings stay on your calendar under the old email; deleting only removes the client record itself.
If you meant to fix a duplicate instead, the confirmation dialog offers Merge instead so you don't lose that client's history. You can also ask Daily to delete a client for you.
