Meet Daily, your AI assistant

Daily is the Ask Daily button at the top of your dashboard sidebar — a chat assistant that already knows your business, available on every dashboard page.

What Daily knows

Daily can see your schedule, bookings, clients, meeting types, availability, packages, and settings — so you can ask things like:

• "What does my Thursday look like?"
• "When did I last meet Sarah?" / "Does she have package credits left?"
• "How do I set up payments?" — it knows how Your Day Schedule works, too.

Daily reads your data to answer you; it doesn't share it anywhere else.

What Daily can do

Beyond answering, Daily can prepare real changes for you:

• Book a meeting with a client (free meeting types)
• Reschedule or cancel a booking
• Add a task to your to-do list
• Block time on your calendar
• Change your availability (hours, days)
• Update a client's contact info or set their birthday

Ask in plain language — "block next Friday afternoon", "move my 3pm with Alex to Tuesday morning" — and Daily drafts the change.

Approvals

Daily never changes anything on its own. Every action is shown to you as a card in the chat, and nothing happens until you approve it there. Decline and it's dropped. Payments are never touched — paid bookings still go through your normal checkout flow.

If something's off

• Daily won't book a paid meeting type — by design; paid bookings need the client to pay at checkout. Send the client your booking link instead.
• An answer looks out of date — Daily reads live data, but re-ask after making changes elsewhere in the dashboard.
• An approved action failed — the chat shows the error; the underlying change follows the same rules as doing it by hand (conflicts, cutoffs, and so on).
