Bring your data with you
Import your existing client list from a CSV, and download your client list or booking history whenever you need a portable copy.
Import clients from a CSV
Moving from another scheduling tool, or keeping contacts in a spreadsheet? Open Clients, click Import, and upload a CSV file. Each row becomes a client record you can book, share files with, and link meetings to going forward.
Only contact details transfer: name, email, phone, timezone, and company. Past bookings and meeting history from your old tool are not imported — keep its export if you need that history.
Column headers are matched (ignoring capitalization) against these exact spellings — rename any other header, such as "Contact Name", to one of these before uploading:
- Name:
name,full name,full_name,client name - Email:
email,e-mail,email address - Phone (optional):
phone,phone number,telephone - Timezone (optional):
timezone,time zone,tz - Company (optional):
company,company name,organization,organisation
You'll see a preview of the parsed rows before anything is imported. A few rules to know:
- Rows whose email matches one of your existing clients (ignoring capitalization) are skipped — an import never overwrites a record, so re-importing the same file is safe.
- Rows missing a name or email are skipped.
- Files over 500 rows are rejected before anything imports — split a larger list into multiple files first.
Imported clients are not emailed or notified — importing only creates the records on your side.
Client list CSV
Open Clients, then click Export CSV. The download contains names, email addresses, phone numbers, timezones, birthdays, active or blocked status, booking counts, and activity dates.
You can also open Settings → Privacy & security → Your data and choose Client list.
Booking history CSV
Open Settings → Privacy & security → Your data, then export Booking history. The CSV includes meeting and client details, dates, status, location, intake responses, and payment status. For meeting types with the transcription notice enabled, it also includes a Recording consent column (when the notice was shown and the client proceeded) and a Transcription opt-out column (when they opted out instead) — a booking fills in one or the other, never both. It does not contain payment-processor credentials.
These CSV exports do not include uploaded documents. Download documents you want to keep from Dashboard → Files.
