Let guests vote on a time

Can't pick a time that works for everyone? Propose up to 20 candidate slots, share one link, let guests vote, and confirm the winner as a normal booking — every voter gets the invitation.

A meeting poll flips scheduling around: instead of guessing a time, you propose several and let the group decide. Polls live at Dashboard → Polls.

Create a poll

  1. Open Dashboard → Polls and start a new poll.
  2. Pick the meeting type the final booking should use (its duration, location, and video setup apply).
  3. Propose 2 to 20 candidate time slots.
  4. Create the poll — you get a single voting link to share however you like: email, chat, wherever your guests are.

How guests vote

Guests open the link, enter their name and email, and tick every slot that works for them. No account needed.

Finalize the winner

Back on the Polls page you see each slot's votes, with the leading time ranked first and marked Recommended (ties are called out). You always make the final call:

  1. Pick the winning slot and finalize.
  2. The poll becomes a normal confirmed booking on your calendar — calendar invite, video link, and emails fire like any other booking.
  3. Every voter is invited as a guest and receives the meeting invitation.

An open poll can be edited anytime (Polls page → Edit) — add or remove time options and rename it. Votes already cast stay counted for the options that remain; a removed time drops out of the tally. Voters aren't notified of changes, so reshare the vote link if plans moved.

A poll you no longer need can be cancelled anytime — the voting link stops accepting votes.

Finalizing checks your real availability. If something else has since taken the winning slot, finalize a different one — the tallies stay put.
