Share hosting with your team

Invite other Your Day Schedule users to co-host your meeting types. Round-robin routing offers clients the combined availability of every host and assigns each booking automatically.

Invite a team member

Team lives at Settings → Team. Invite a colleague by the email of their Your Day Schedule account — they need their own account first (a free trial works). The invitation shows as pending until they respond; you can withdraw it, or remove an accepted member, anytime.

Accepting an invitation

Nobody hosts your meetings without saying yes. The invited person sees your invitation on their own Settings → Team page, under Team invitations, and accepts or declines there. Only accepted members can be assigned to your meeting types.

Round-robin routing

Each meeting type routes bookings in its editor's Routing card:

The assigned host's calendar gets the event, their Zoom/Meet/Teams link is used, and they're the one emailed about the booking.

What stays with you

Even for round-robin bookings, you remain the owner: payments go to your Stripe or Square account, the client record lives in your client list, and your branding is on every email. Team members co-host — they don't take over your business.

A co-host's assigned bookings appear on their connected calendar, not yours. Your Bookings list always shows every booking regardless of host — but your dashboard's calendar view only shows events on your own calendar.
