Sync clients, bookings and meeting notes to Salesforce
Connect Salesforce to keep contacts and booking events current, then add new completed meeting summaries as task notes. One-way, automatic, no exports.
Connect Salesforce once and Your Day Schedule keeps your contacts and booking events current. New completed Meeting Listener sessions can add their summary, action items, and decisions as Salesforce task notes. The sync is one-way: Your Day Schedule → Salesforce.
Connect Salesforce
- Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Salesforce card.
- Sign in to Salesforce and approve the requested access.
- Return to Your Day Schedule. The Salesforce card shows your organization when the connection is ready.
When you connect, we queue all existing clients and bookings. Large histories sync in the background, so allow time for a full backfill.
What gets synced
- Clients → Contacts. Client name, email, and phone are copied to Salesforce contacts.
- Bookings → Events. Past and future bookings are copied as events. The event description includes its current status, so reschedules, cancellations, completions, and no-shows remain clear.
- New completed Meeting Listener sessions → Task notes. Sessions created after you connect can add their AI summary, action items, and decisions as a Salesforce task note. Raw transcripts and audio are never sent to Salesforce.
We do not backfill prior meeting summaries. We do not sync availability, packages, payments, or raw recording material.
Your clients see this
For booking-linked Meeting Listener sessions, we only sync notes when the Salesforce notice was shown at booking and the client did not opt out of transcription. Clients can still opt out as usual. Your organization controls the Salesforce copy under Salesforce's terms and your own privacy practices.
If something's off
- "Reconnect" on the card. Salesforce access expired or was revoked. Click Reconnect and approve access again.
- A client or booking has not appeared. New and backfill work runs in the background. If it still has not appeared after an hour, contact support@yourdayschedule.com with the client email and booking time.
- Sync needs attention. A Salesforce request could not be completed. Reconnect first; if the label remains, contact support.
Disconnect
Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Disconnect removes our stored access and stops future syncing. Existing Salesforce contacts, events, and task notes remain in Salesforce; remove them there if needed. Reconnecting later queues clients and bookings again, but never sends raw transcripts or audio.
