Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Your Day Schedule account — and all its data — yourself, from Settings. Here's exactly what gets removed, what your clients see, and what to do first.
Before you delete
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there's no grace period and no undo. Three things to check first:
- Upcoming meetings — they'll be cancelled, and affected clients are emailed automatically. If you'd rather hand them off or reschedule, do that first.
- Your data and files — export your client list and booking history, then download anything you want to keep from Dashboard → Files; deletion removes stored records and documents.
- Sold packages — clients' unused package credits stop working once your account is gone. Consider refunding outstanding packages from your Stripe or Square dashboard first.
Your Stripe and Square accounts are your own and are not closed by deleting Your Day Schedule — your payment history and payouts stay available directly in Stripe/Square.
How to delete
- Open Settings → Privacy & security.
- Under Delete account, confirm the deletion.
- That's it — your account and data are removed, and you're signed out. Clients with upcoming bookings receive a cancellation email.
If you're on a paid plan, your subscription is cancelled automatically as part of deletion — there are no further charges, and nothing to cancel separately.
What gets removed
Everything: your profile, bookings, clients, files, meeting types, packages, polls, waitlists, recorded-meeting transcripts, and integration connections (calendar, video, Zapier). Your booking page links stop working immediately.
Two honest footnotes:
- Emails already delivered to clients obviously remain in their inboxes.
- Signing up again later with the same email starts a fresh account without a new free trial — trials are once per email.
